CONFERENCE FEES

The Registration Fee brings complete package including accommodation in Hotel DUO for 4 nights (incl. breakfast), Welcome reception (Sunday evening), 3 working lunches, 6 coffee breaks, admission to scientific sessions, conference materials and costs of the organization expenses. The fee does not cover other meals, personal extras and dinners. The Gala Dinner (Wednesday evening) is paid extra. Please note that block of rooms is reserved for conference participants at the Hotel DUO for reduced registration fee until January 12, 2017. Then a limited number of rooms will be reserved for conference participants until January 31, 2017 for full registration fee. After the above deadline booking of accommodation in the hotel will be not provided by ICPL and will be subject to availability of hotel rooms, which those participants will need to arrange by themselves.

Please note that bank transfer charges are not included in these fees.

COST reimbursement should cover early bird Registration fee and travel expenses according to the COST rules (i.e., accommodation maximum 4 x 80 EUR, meals maximum 8 x 20 EUR, local public transport maximum 25 EUR and travel expenses). For details about reimbursement procedure please contact prof. Frantisek Krcma ().

Liability

The conference organizers are not liable for travel, health, accidents or injury to delegates while attending and travelling to or from the meeting. Delegates are advised to carry adequate personal travel and health insurance.

Payment

All fees for the conference registration should be paid by bank transfer clear of all bank charges.
