Presenters Guidelines
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION IS CLOSED
All authors were informed on acceptance of their abstracts via e-mail. Presenters should find their contribution listed in the conference program or poster contributions.
PRESENTATIONS FORMATS
Oral Sessions
Conference laptop with MS-Office and Adobe Acrobat Reader will be provided for oral presentations. Speakers should bring their presentation file(s) on a USB key to upload them onto the provided laptop. To ensure smooth transition between presentations during the conference sessions, presenters are asked to pre-load and test their presentation files onto the laptop. Please allow time prior to when your session begins to ensure your presentation is running smoothly. If presenters would like to use a different software program other than Microsoft PowerPoint or Adobe Acrobat they will need to bring their own laptop with the desired software to the session in which they are presenting. The total time for Invited Lecture is 40 min including questions and discussion, for Topical Lectures is 20 min.
Poster Session
Posters can be put on boards since morning Monday, 6th March and will be posted until noon Wednesday, 8th March, 2017. Posters will be exhibited on boards marked with the assigned poster reference number specified in the conference program of poster session. Authors are required to use only the boards corresponding to their posters. Size of poster boards is 100 x 200 cm (width x height).
